Connecting People With Practical Support and Community Resources
Community Access & Supportive Services, Inc. helps individuals and families address practical barriers that may affect stability and recovery. We connect people with practical supports, community resources, and referrals based on individual needs, program eligibility, and available resources
Our Purpose at Community Access & Supportive Services
Community Access & Supportive Services Mission is centered on connecting individuals and families with practical resources that promote stability, opportunity, and long-term success. Through community partnerships, volunteer support, donor contributions, and service programs, we help address barriers that may affect daily life and personal goals.
Our organization works to connect people with housing resources, transportation assistance, food access, educational opportunities, and community-based support services. By bringing together local resources and compassionate support, we strive to strengthen individuals, families, and the communities we serve.
How It Works
Support through Community Access is individualized. We begin by identifying the person’s needs and then help connect them with appropriate resources, referrals, or available assistance. Eligibility is determined separately for applicable programs and supports, and resource availability may vary. When appropriate, Community Access may also coordinate with other providers or the individual’s clinical support team.
