Apply for Assistance
Support is individualized and depends on eligibility and available resources. Here is how scholarship and assistance requests work.
How to Apply for Assistance
How to Apply for Assistance through Community Access & Supportive Services begins with completing the appropriate application and providing any required supporting documentation. Each request is reviewed individually based on eligibility requirements, available resources, and program guidelines.
Our team works to ensure every application receives careful consideration. Depending on the type of assistance requested, applicants may be contacted for additional information before a final decision is made. We encourage individuals and families to review program requirements and submit complete applications to help expedite the review process.
